Radiant Window Incorporated ("Radiant Window," "we," "us"), 8614 Hawbuck St, Trinity, FL 34655, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through radiantwindowfilm.us and in the course of providing window film services, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact and estimate requests: name, email, phone, city, property type, and the details you send us.
- Job information: service address, window measurements, photos of windows and glass taken during estimates and installs, film selections, and access notes.
- Billing information: invoices and payment records. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.
- Warranty information: the details manufacturers require to register your film warranty.
- Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security. The film selector runs only in your browser and sends nothing to us.
We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule visits, and prepare quotes;
- To perform installations and follow-up service;
- To register manufacturer warranties in your name;
- To invoice and keep accounting records;
- To handle complaints, warranty claims, and disputes;
- To comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with film manufacturers (for warranty registration), payment processors, email and scheduling providers, your HOA or property manager when you ask us to, and authorities when required by law.
Photos
We may photograph windows before and after installation for quality and warranty records. We only use photos on our website or marketing with your permission, and never with your address or name.
Retention
Job and warranty records are kept for as long as the film warranty is active plus a reasonable period afterward. Inquiries that don't become jobs are deleted within 24 months. Accounting records are kept as tax law requires.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing support@radiantwindowfilm.us. Some records must be kept for warranty, tax, or legal reasons.
Children
Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
