Refund Policy

Effective October 15, 2026

We want every installation to be right. This policy explains how deposits, cancellations, and refunds work. Your signed work order may include additional terms for your specific job.

Estimates

Estimates and on-site consultations are free, so there's nothing to refund.

Deposits and cancellations

Workmanship problems

If film peels, bubbles (after the normal curing period), or lifts at the edges because of an installation error, we'll fix or reinstall it at no charge under our workmanship warranty. If we can't correct the issue after a reasonable attempt, we'll refund the amount paid for the affected windows.

"I don't like how it looks"

We show samples on your glass before installation to avoid surprises. If, within 7 days of installation, an installed film clearly doesn't match the film you approved, we'll replace it with the approved film at no charge. Changing your mind about an approved film after installation isn't refundable, but we'll offer removal and new film at a discounted labor rate.

Film defects

Manufacturing defects (such as discoloration or adhesive failure not caused by installation) are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We'll help file the claim and handle the reinstallation as the warranty allows.

Billing errors

If you were charged incorrectly, tell us within 60 days. We'll correct confirmed errors and refund overcharges within 10 business days.

How to request a refund

Email support@radiantwindowfilm.us or call (727) 375-6248 with your name, job address, and the reason. Photos help. We acknowledge within 1 business day and respond in writing within 10 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (or by check) within 10 business days of approval.

Disputes

If you disagree with our decision, see the dispute resolution section of our Terms of Service.
