Terms of Service

Effective October 15, 2026

These terms apply to your use of radiantwindowfilm.us and to window film services provided by Radiant Window Incorporated ("Radiant Window," "we," "us"), 8614 Hawbuck St, Trinity, FL 34655. Your signed quote or work order sets out the specific scope and amount for your job; if it conflicts with these terms, the signed document controls.

What we provide

We supply and install window films (solar control, low-E, safety and security, decorative and privacy) and remove existing film. Estimates are free. Each quote lists the windows covered, the film selected, any removal work, the total, and the deposit required.

Your responsibilities

Film performance and appearance

Performance figures come from film manufacturers and are measured under test conditions; results in your home vary with glass, orientation, shading, and climate. We don't guarantee specific temperature changes or energy savings. Minor imperfections such as tiny specks, a small edge gap (typically about 1/16 to 1/8 inch), and temporary haze or water pockets during curing are normal and not defects.

Glass and existing conditions

We review glass type before recommending film to reduce the risk of thermal stress. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage, failed window seals, or glass breakage caused by factors unrelated to our work. If we spot a problem during the estimate or before installation, we'll tell you.

Warranties

Safety and security film

Security film can help hold broken glass together but does not make glass unbreakable or prevent entry, and it is not a substitute for code-approved hurricane protection.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Contact support@radiantwindowfilm.us or (727) 375-6248. We'll acknowledge within 1 business day and provide a written resolution within 10 business days, including any re-inspection. If we can't resolve the issue, either party may request non-binding mediation with a mutually agreed mediator in Pasco County, with the mediator's fee shared equally, before filing a claim. Nothing here prevents you from contacting a consumer protection agency or filing in small claims court.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Florida law.

Website use

Website content, including the film selector, is general information and not a binding recommendation. Don't misuse the site or its forms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any dispute is Pasco County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes don't affect jobs already under a signed work order.
